L'addetto alla reception non è in grado di gestire le avversità quando qualcosa non va come previsto. Trasmette molto stress e frustrazione. Molto rumoroso. Si sente tutto nei corridoi e nelle stanze adiacenti. Nessun cartello DND e le donne delle pulizie bussano alla porta alle 8:30. I bagni hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione significativa.
