The service getting checked in wasn’t amazing. While waiting could overhear SEVERAL guests complaining about having to come back down due to malfunctioning key cards. Overall for what I paid, just wanted somewhere to sit/lay down for a few hours before hopping on a plane. 7/10 experience

Room service didn’t clean my room. I requested it at check in and they skipped me. Also the elevators take an eternity going up or down.
