A beautiful hotel. You can't beat the location Taylor @check-in was tremendously friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our short stay there thoroughly. Tip: We parked at Copley Place parking just down the road and it was only $45 a night as opposed to the hotel valet offering $75 a night.

Nice hotel historic but kind of unfortunate they attack on a $45 fee add chicken to be used with breakfast or in room or a movie.

2nd consecutive stay here where the in room phone (to call valet, which I paid a high fee for) simply doesn’t work. Which means waiting 15-20 mins for your car when you give the ticket to the (excellent) valet crew. TV is also in the stone ages.
