The front desk staff was super warm and friendly at check in and check out. This hotel is JUST over the bridge fron Cincinatti. It doesn’t get any more convenient.

bathroom door was difficult to open. toilet water was running all night. front desk would not provide extra blanket after not being able to accommodate extra cot or room with an extra bed.
