great service at Front Desk. very professional. love the Starbucks in the Lobby. room is clean. the public areas including the hallways are clean

The entire building did not seem to be well-maintained. Ice machine didn’t work on our floor, broken tiles near elevator entrance, stained carpets and walls, etc. We found fecal matter in the bathroom upon entering and had to switch rooms. However, the staff was extremely hospitable.
