I got upgraded for free by the reception desk which was absolutely wonderful, my room was clean and spacious. Excellent location close enough to the underground and in the charming Chiswick area. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow. Amazing value for a lovely, clean, renovated hotel in a cute part of London. Bus stop right outside the door and tube just a few mins away. Markets on the weekend are wonderful and the restaurants are great. Would absolutely stay again.
