I love the breakfast and the service was excellent. I left my favorite earrings in the room and one of the housekeepers came all the way to the parking lot to return them to me.

Quite basic and noisy due to proximity to freeway - our room was directly facing the freeway. Yet, a good value for our one night in Phoenix.

This was definitely subpar basic not a solid as was shown. Carpet was disgusting with stains, smelled like smoke in the mom-smoking room, had major water stains and bulging on the bathroom ceiling and the all-night freeway noise came right through the flimsy walls as though calling on the freeway. Worst experience of all hotel stays!
