The front desk staff was extraordinary. Housekeeping Also went above and beyond. It's been a refreshing take to see them carefully listen to their guests have a warm touch in their delivery as well as a sense of humor back behind professionalism. Well done all of you. Complicated procedure to recover items left in room . Valet checkout was not smooth. Over $100 “incidental” charges in addition to $309 room charge. Inadequate communication. Indifferent staff.
