Needs a remodel which they’re in the process of, but staff went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. First room had broken air & they quickly remedied it. Coffe pot was broken so they offered a voucher. Shuttle guy got us to our concert and back safely & in record time!

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Great place to stay for a game. I'm sure some reviews find the smallest things to complain about, but I guess I don't look that closely. I enjoyed everything about my stay. Will definitely stay again. My 6 year old girl gives it a 10/10!
