Small room but that’s to be expected in NYC. There could be a door on the bathroom tho lol. Great location and service.

Front desk was superb Bre’a help setup my arrival and when I got there Jamilah took care of the rest..the team work 100%

Honestly, it felt like the fast food hotel version of the Arlo chain. I won’t be back to this location. The staff was lovely, but there chaos and stacks of boxes in the lobby during check-in was anxiety inducing.
