It took a while to check in (more than 30 min) because it’s a manual procedure, not digital. I just noticed there is an extra charge for $91.49 from the hotel. This is ridiculous!!

hotel is pretty dirty, hallway are nasty, rooms are clean but have a distinct odor, lots of surfaces have random hair everywhere both in the room and in the lobby, staff is super nice, the location is great, price is solid
