Check out is 12p not 11am per the front desk. Only negative was that even on the 20th floor you hear the sirens and horns from the NYPD and the NYFD at all times and when one stops another one starts

30 minutes wait to get to the room from the lobby because of so many guests pouring into the elevators, one of which wasn’t working
