The service was incredible! Especially Steven during our check-out, who went above and beyond to earnestly assist with our bags and taxi. Would stay there again based on service and accommodating staff!

The room was extremely clean, staff was kind and very accommodating and the location is amazing. My only complaint was that it was a little loud in the rooms at night due to the city but that’s to be expected! Would stay here over and over again!

Room was small (even for manhattan) old and visibly dirty. The bed sheets were clean, thankfully but I originally planed to stay here 3 nights, but could only deal with the filth for one
