The service was incredible! Especially Steven during our check-out, who went above and beyond to earnestly assist with our bags and taxi. Would stay there again based on service and accommodating staff!

Room was small (even for manhattan) old and visibly dirty. The bed sheets were clean, thankfully but I originally planed to stay here 3 nights, but could only deal with the filth for one
