As always, the New Yorker was a great stay. The service was great as always. This stay was during the Covid pandemic and the New Yorker has OUTSTANDING protocols in place (thermal scans, sanitizer stations, etc) to make you feel safe. I’ll be back!
The New York is the best hotel in Midtown Manhattan. The location is great. The service is great. And they have the most comfortable beds and pillows in the hotel game.
The room still look like it was being worked on plastic on the Ceiling, the shower was leaking all over the place the carpet had stains, the walls had dents and bumps all over it. overall I was not happy with my stay.
