Hotel staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable about food places still open and ready to deliver because we arrived very late due to airport difficulties. Many options were available for the breakfast in the am

The room had an exterior door so I upgraded to an interior door for safety reasons. The pool and jacuzzi were a biohazard and had to be shocked so were not usable. The water in my room was cold and had no hot water. Bad hotel, would not stay here. They didn’t even apologize for no hot water.
