BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Apartment style rooms - would move in here. Only place I’m staying when in Austin. Close to everything. Parking is expensive though.

The stuff was friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions, but the focus was heavily on promoting timeshare sales instead of guest needs. Also, the sales presentation for vacation ownership felt too aggressive and took much longer than expected. This experience negatively impacted what was otherwise a good stay.
