Terrible service, but great location. I would probably pick another option on the Riverwalk next time since the staff at this Westin is so slow and unhelpful.

Great location and easy check-in. I was very disappointed with the valet service. We waited 30 minutes to get our car. We could have parked the car ourselves. The breakfast service was slow, as I believe they were understaffed. I will go back because the hotel is perfectly located.
