We were impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The location is central to the waterfront, Little Italy and the ball park. The city bikes were a nice plus.

The sink was clogged and didn't drain well. the toilet over flowed the first day. Check in the valet bell personnel left us with the bell cart at the check in stand. Checkin didn't know how to handle and was given a printed SOP for them to follow. in total it took over 25 minutes.
