Check in was rough. They didn’t have our reservation even though we had submitted it hours prior and had the confirmation email and all. Made us wait and it was already late.

I was disappointed at several things. Overall, service was okay. Only server that we can think to remember was our cabana server. Everyone else didnt make us feel so welcomed.
