The hotel was fine, but I didn’t realize you have to use public parking for your car. Also, thought the breakfast was included but it was not. Only realized this when we finished eating and a server came over with bill.

The counter agent was rude and inept. It took her 30 minutes trying to enter my reservation. Eventually her manager did it in two minutes.
