The room was clean and comfy..especially the bed. It is the perfect location to Radio City, Rockefeller Center, etc. The staff was so friendly and n accommodating. I can't wait to stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Great stay. Front desk was extremely accommodating to needs. Easy bag hold. Location was very convenient to getting around the city. Rooms are ready to be renovated, but clean. Corridor carpet unkept. Great city views.

Dirty room. The bedsheets weren’t even changed when I checked in. They had hair on them. Bathroom was extremely small and didn’t have shampoo. Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was unfriendly. Horrible experience.
