Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort is an all-suite resort featuring a private water park, splash pad, lazy river, outdoor pool and kids pool with hot tub, adults-only relaxation zone, grill and picnic stations, direct beach access with a sprawling beachfront sundeck, tiki bar with menu and drinks, onsite grocery/sundries store, and continuous shuttle to/from the Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier which is located just 1 mile down the road. Ron John Surf Shop is just a short 5-minute walk from the resort. All Suites feature a king bed in the master bedroom with private bathroom with walk-in shower, two twin beds in the second bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a living room with queen sofa sleeper, and a second full bathroom with shower-tub combination. Guests can also enjoy onsite rental services for beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, boogie boards and surf lessons. Other guest conveniences include coin-operated laundry facilities, and groups/meetings/wedding services team. Each 2-bedroom suite will be provided with up to 6 Wakulla Falls Water Park wristbands and one overnight parking permit. Guests must always wear the wristbands while staying at the resort, as the water park is private to Westgate guests only and is not open to the public. Car parking available only. Only 1 overnight car parking permit will be provided per each 2-bedroom suite (4-bedroom Suites will receive 2 parking permits). Due to limited space, no over-sized vehicles can be accommodated. Overflow parking may only be available in the local paid public parking areas.

Amazing space, extra bedroom that we didn’t use. Loved having two bathrooms! His and hers! But the walls are thin and we heard a lid running around a lot upstairs that interrupted our enjoyment.
