Wow!! Amazing experience!!! Everything was beautiful and seedless!! Jon, Alfredo & Imanol went out of their way to make sure Mom & I had a wonderful welcome dinner. There’s no other place to stay while in Bilbao!

We had a river view room. The room was very comfortable and modern with a nice lobby bar. The reception desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful! A great location across from the Guggenheim, wish we could have stayed longer.
