Everything was great from check in to check out. The hot water was the only thing that could be improved. I ran the shower for 8 min and it never got hot, it stayed luke warm.

The hotel rented out its restaurant seats for the JP Morgan conference leaving little an opportunity to accommodate seating guests. When I asked for table to order breakfast they wanted to charge me $50 in addition to placing a breakfast order. After my objection they accommodated me but the damage to their reputation and service quality was done.
