Friendly staff. Allowed an early check in as they had a room available. Super comfy bed. Clean & thoughtful room services. A bit loud at times. The location but also thin walls so could hear everything in the hallway & rooms next door. Would stay again. Bring ear plugs

The drink credit was great, free parking and great bed and heaps of pillows made this a great spot for a UW parent visiting campus.
