Really don’t like the design/aesthetic of Tru hotels, this was my first time staying. The rooms are so cold and sterile. Really nice staff, great location, comfortable bed and nice linens/towels. I’ll get over the look of the hotel because it was a nice enough stay but I won’t be back.
