I love Tru hotels. This is the second I have stayed in. The design is thoughtful - I had to do work in the room and having the moving desk was great. After check-out (at NOON!) I moved down to the lobby to continue working. The lobby also had fantastic spaces for lounging or working. Fantastic value!

Easy check-in, staff was very friendly. Appreciated the hot water and coffee station as well as the foosball table and comfy lobby. The room was very clean.

The bathroom shower had not been cleaned. There was hair both inside and out side of the shower. The front desk switched me to another room. The room smelled so poorly that I could not stay there. I went back to the original room, and just decided not to shower, since I was only there for one night.
