The staff was very cordial. The valets were great. The corner room and balconette was nice. As silly as it might sound, I wasn't impressed with the liquid soap, body wash, etc. It seemed cheap and one didn't work. I'm sure it is easy for refilling from bulk containers. Would have liked a bar soap option. Room coffee was great!
