Free champagne after checking in. Fully stocked mini bar . Rooms were very nice. Very soft bed. Out door dining restaurant right on premises. Very nice hotel set up.
In the time of Covid you want to feel like the place you are staying cares and is doing things to be extra sanitary. This place goes above and beyond and the service is tops. Kind and hospitable and helpful. Thankful this place exists for my staycations.
I feel that they go out of their way to say they’re different and vintage - but the hotel seemed to be generic. The AC didn’t seem to work very well. Good service overall but rooms seemed old and dated, not the mid century modern/jazzy feel.
