I appreciated the hospitality hour because that was perfect after coming in and checking in. There were a couple of items in the hotel room specifically that were in disrepair but overall my day was enjoyable.

Bedding sheets possessed spots on it. Furthermore, the showerhead had some type of rust built up, asked for assistance to clean up. I waited 40 minutes end up, cleaning it myself almost made me late for my appointment everything was exceptional.
