Everything was great except parking. Self park was no ideal for a larger vehicle and would not accommodate oversized vehicles and trucks. BUT the customer service of the staff was phenomenally

Check-in took forever and I was told there was no room for me even though there was and I had a prepaid, nonrefundable, guaranteed room. I was also told there would be 2 beds, and there wasn't. There is no room service or in-room dining despite everything saying there is - which is part of why I chose this hotel in the first place.
