At checkin, they put $150 on my credit card for "Incidentals".....but ipon arriving in the room.....there were none to use. I was not notified that they removed the charge upon checking out.....pleaae advise

The room was dark and a little scary. It also was a disable room and the bathroom door was so heavy it wouldn’t close.
