The pool was great temp. Liked room in general but we had some maintenance issues. I told staff and hopefully they fix them. Staff at Serena where you check in were very welcoming and helpful.

Floor peeling. Paint chipping. Seems like a quick coat of paint was put on to ‘freshen’ a tired property. Staff friendly and helpful.
