When I come to DC I stay at the Tabard Inn as often as possible. The location is great on a quiet side street. The staff is always kind and accommodating, the food in the restaurant is great and I enjoy the historical component as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The bed sheets were thin and a little rough and the pillows were flat and lumpy. The cleanliness of the room was great and customer service was great.
