Bernard was amazing allowed me to check in early as I arrived around 8am. The service I received at Swissotel was impeccable! I would recommend anyone looking for an amazing view with top tier service to stay here!

We stay in Chicago a couple of times a month if not more often and swissotel is a favorite. Good location and nice views from upper rooms of the lake or the river. The bed linens and pillows are soft and feel luxurious. The bathtub offers a nice way to unwind too.
