Amazing hotel due to excellent customer service and convenience of location in downtown Chattanooga. Stayed here last minute on a drive through from Fargo, ND to Fort Myers, FL and ended up staying an additional night because we loved it so much!

Everything was perfect, but I wish the weddings were a little quieter. It was impossible to enjoy the beautiful lobby because there were three weddings happening and the DJ was blasting “aw skeet skeet” for literally 6 hours. There was nowhere to go to get away from it.
