everyone at this hotel was super friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a really nice view of Broadway and Times Square. Five stars would recommend.

There wasn’t a mini fridge as stated. It was fine for what I needed for 1 night

The room was incredibly shabby, with bubbling paint in the bathroom, chipped paint with large chunks missing on what served as an end table, a power outlet with one working plug (which I found out the hard way in the morning with a half charged phone).
