Nice classic hotel. Kids loved the pool on the 23rd floor, service at the lobby bar and cafe was excellent.

The bed was comfortable minus the absolute dead spot by the left nightstand. Crushed springs made for an awkward PLONK when I sat down to tie a shoe.
All staff were very kind and friendly.
Only gripe was working in my room wasn't super easy.
