The hotel was great and the location close to old market. But they didn’t have our reservation and so we had to wait over an hour while they contacted you to have you send the reservation and then they had to manually enter the information into the system! Must have been a glitch somewhere!

Bed was very uncomfortable. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were completely empty. Coffee Nespresso maker didn’t work either.
