Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not super comfy. But the room was clean and the staff were professional and helpful. The lobby decorated for Christmas and the blazing fire was beautiful.

The staff was great and very attentive and prompt. However the hotel itself and the rooms were quite dated. It felt like we payed the price of a premium hotel but were staying in a quality inn level place. Did not find the price worth the stay.
