Palo Alto inn was exceptional. Check in was easy, the room was cozy, clean, amenities were great. A water bottle and some toiletries were provided. It was a wonderful stay.

We could not watch any TV because it kept freezing up and they said it was because they had dish at work. We had no hot water of the morning. We had to take a lukewarm shower. The bed was very hard. The room was clean and looked extremely nice that’s why I wanted to stay here, but other than that, it was not a good stay.
