Bed was super comfortable, nice and close to Times Square. Only issue was that housekeeping entered the room at 8:30 in the morning and turned on the lights, when check out was at 12. Other than that, everything was perfect and staff from reception was SUPER nice.

The concierge provided top notch service. Hotel was super convenient to the events we had near time square. Valet was very helpful . Room was spacious and comfortable.
