We could not have had better front desk reception. The woman who greeted us and checked us in was above and beyond. With that said all of the employees were so kind and friendly 5 ✨

This is usually my favorite or go to hotel when I’m in LA or if I need to check in after 12am-3am. This time around I do have some complaints: my shower didn’t work and my room spelled like water spilled and no air circulation. Other that clean and helpful. Just thinking this hotel is getting old.
