Such a stylish hotel - always my favorite when I’m in LA. And the staff is amazing- so friendly, professional and helpful. Plus Alfred Coffee/Tea in the lobby- who could ask for more?

The front desk staff in the morning (the ladies who are the front desk agents) were helpful and kind. This was a vast contrast to the night shift agents (3-11pm) who were not helpful, brash, and dismissive. They also overcharged my card twice and made the stay more inconvenient than hospitable.
