Very small room (even by NyC standards), but it was clean. Connected to a Starbucks which is nice

The didn’t have my reservation at first. It took a long time for them to find it. No one was at the reservations desk for a while (it is a snowstorm). First room they put me in was not acceptable. They did give me another. Would likely not stay here again
