The Pittman staff, from the front desk agents to the restaurant to the valets, were exceptional. Adriana and Albert were the epitome of hospitable. Would absolutely stay at the Pittman again based on my experience with them alone.

Check in was a breeze and the service at the front desk was exceptional throughout our short stay. Location is awesome for a social night out in Deep Ellum. The room was gorgeous and I appreciated the mini bar amenities and the complimentary ear plugs too!

This hotel is the actual best. From the cold beer at check in to the wonderful check in texts after you get to your room. Will only ever stay here when in downtown Dallas!
