Room was nice though a little dated and worn. There isn’t actually a desk at the front desk but everyone was great. Can’t beat a free printer and free coffee!

Unpretentious hotel that over-delivered for the price. Rock Center location. Room was fresh, high quality bedding, staff went out of their way. That’s hard to find in Manhattan

Did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The lobby was very minimal with no real entry. The staff were friendly and helpful but can’t see how this is 4-stars.
