The service at this hotel is super responsive. They were extra kind at check in and accommodating in a complex reservation situation.

Found blood on the bathroom floor in my room… skip this hotel. It’s like a catfish (tv show) and is way better received online. This is my third booking on this platform and I honestly don’t think this is a “LUXE” hotel. I wish I never wasted resources staying here.
