Thanks to Alvin and the nice lady who manages this place they were very nice about an issue I had documented with the hotel. Good location, very nice to walk to abbot Kinney and Venice canals. The beach is a little farther away than it seems. Marina right there too. Awesome pool. Thanks again

The Kiney has become one of our fav to stay when visiting Venice Beach the rooms are clean and the service is phenomenal not to mention minute from the beach

If you just need place to lay your head down it’s probably sufficient. But guest experience, the dated condition of the room, bad plumbing, weird smell, poor cleanliness make it an unpleasant experience. Add to this the location on a noisy corner of a main street where traffic never dies down, and you get the full picture.
