Check-in was a problem due to systems being down and staff was trained for it …Staff solution complain in front of customers. One customer after an hour thought he was the most important and cut in line. Staff did nothing. Suggestion…complimentary drink or appetizer coupons, room upgrade vs. crowded entry way on a cold winters night.
