Rooms are small but cozy. Front desk staff takes a little too long to process anything (new employees) other than that enjoyed my stay.

Hermetically sealed windows with strong chemical cleaners. Tried to switch rooms. Got the run around. Terrible service, front desk completely unhelpful, no bellman. Tiny room, cheap decor, but clean. Food downstairs was good except I had to send my food back several times. Will not stay here again. Thanks
